Multiples of America, formerly known as NOMOTC, Inc. offers a wide variety of support to not only individual parents of multiples but also to the Twins Clubs. Some of the benefits to Clubs are: educational materials, research, referrals, non-profit status, Notebook quarterly magazine to name a few. On an individual level they have “Special Needs Programs”, which include, bereavement support, specials needs children support, single parent support and higher order multiples support.

This organization provides support by and for parents of multiples who have experienced death of one or more, both or all during pregnancy, at birth, in infancy or in childhood. They also have a number of pamphlets available.
Aligned with some of the world’s leading fetal medicine centers, Fetal Hope has been organized to provide accurate and factual information for families dealing with syndromes and distresses such as Twin-to-Twin Transfusion Syndrome (TTTS), Acardiac Twinning (TRAP sequence), Amniotic Band Syndrome (ABS), Intrauterine Growth Restriction (IUGR), Selective Intrauternine Growth Restriction (SIUGR), Fetal Lower Urinary Tract Obstruction (LUTO) and many other fetal distresses and syndromes. This organization is about HOPE. No family should ever be left without HOPE.
ITA is a non-profit organization promoting the spiritual, intellectual and social welfare of twins throughout the world. This organization is mainly a SOCIAL club which issues two newsletters a year and holds TWIN conventions every year over Labor Day. Their goal is to invite all twins; identical, fraternal & twinless to join their special club.
MOST is a support network of families who have or are expecting triplets, quadruplets or more. They have quarterly newsletters, a resource network of volunteers, along with a variety of other information packets and merchandise.
Sidelines is a community based, non-profit organization supporting women with complicated pregnancies and their families. Some of the services they provide are as follows; trained peer phone “counselors”, national & local newsletters, bed rest resource directory, lending library of books & videos, information packets about high risk pregnancy, practical suggestions from experience, information and suggestions for family & friends and support for families experiencing loss & grief.
This organization is dedicated to providing educational and emotional support to families, medical professional, twins club and other care givers before, during and after diagnosis of TTTS. TTTS newsletter and many resources are available upon request.
The Triplet Connection is an international “network of caring and sharing for multiple birth families” which was founded in 1983. They have worked with over 35,000 expectant parents of triplets and higher-order multiple births. Their site provides an array of information and resources for parents of, and expectant parents of triplets or more.
